Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. As a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP VIM solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining invoice processing and document management, ensuring effective and compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions, aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
- Configure SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Customize SAP VIM functionalities to meet specific business processes and requirements.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end SAP VIM implementation projects,



ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- System Optimization and Support:
- Perform regular assessments of SAP VIM systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure continuous system availability and reliability.
- User Training and Knowledge Transfer:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration documentation.
