Looking for an experienced and cutting-edge Design and Development Head to lead the design and development efforts for windows, doors, and facades. The Design and Development Head will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engineers to develop high-quality and innovative products that meet the needs of our clients and the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development team to create innovative and high-quality products for windows, doors, and facades.
- Actively contribute to Design and Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that products meet the needs of our clients and the market.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new product trends and opportunities.
- Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.




- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that products can be manufactured and delivered efficiently.
- Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to the window, door, and facade design and development.
- Provide technical support to the sales and marketing team to assist with project finalization.
- Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and generate & maintain design development and Project Tender documents.
- structural design, material, and cost calculations on aluminum and uPVC doors/windows.
- Develop concept layouts and designs of fenestration products using 3D CAD software.
- Continuously improve design and development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
