Attention to detail is essential for a technical Interview analyst because they are responsible for analyzing data and finding patterns in it. Problem-solving skills are also important because technical analysts often have to solve complex issues that arise in their projects
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and observe interviews daily and note down the insights and provide feedback to students and curriculum team
- Provide comprehensive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and feedback sessions.
- Create detailed report cards that encapsulate students' interview performances.
- Coordinate with student in-charges to ensure effective implementation of training plans
Requirements and Skills:
- Alignment to the company's vision and culture
- Proven experience in technical coaching, training, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
2 - 3 years of previous work experience in the software industry
Proficient English speaking skills
Experience in taking interviews would be considered an added advantage
