Management Trainee (MBA)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA Graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure to multiple Business Functions, helping candidates build a strong foundation in Management, Business Operations, and Corporate Processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and cross-functional coordination across departments.
- Work closely with different business teams to understand business workflows and operational processes.
- Participate in client coordination, stakeholder communication, and internal meetings.
- Conduct business research, prepare MIS reports, presentations, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Learn and contribute to process improvement, workflow optimization, and business execution.

Requirements:
- MBA (Completed or Pursuing) from a recognized institution.




- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent English.
- Basic understanding of Management Principles, Business Operations, and Corporate Functions.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
