Design Manager - In Façade design plays a big role as every project will need design inputs from estimation to execution. This is more relevant in case of projects with bespoke design projects. The design manager will facilitate the sales & execution teams from initial estimate to final execution and handover.

Strategic :
- Ownership of the entire design life cycle of a project
- Work planning and time estimation
- Design team capacity analysis and planning
Financial:
- Optimized designs as per project requirement
- Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
Customer/ External Orientation
- Understand the client’s requirement
- Meet the delivery deadlines of design work
- Information flow
People Orientation
- Lead the product design team
- Align organizational need and team & individual growth

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge :
- Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
- Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for the entire team
Technical:
- Education - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
- Experience - Minimum 15 years experience in Façade design. Exposure in ME preferred Required.
- Handle bespoke designs of façade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems, etc.
- Understanding of structural analysis of product/components
- Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
- Knowledge of building design codes and international standards
- Hands-on experience in Façade testing
