Brief Overview of the Job Description:
The Manager - Structural Engineering will lead the structural analysis and mechanical engineering efforts for our concrete equipment manufacturing. The role encompasses managing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring innovative solutions in design and development, and spearheading value engineering and cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, including finite element analysis, and possess a strong background in project management and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development lifecycle from requirement gathering to product release.
- Manage projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Oversee the design and development of products, including concept design, 3D modeling, and finite element analysis.
- Utilize expertise in hydraulic circuits, engine peripherals, machine layout, and assembly to enhance product functionality and efficiency.




- Implement value engineering and cost reduction activities to optimize production costs and increase profitability.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, robust analytical skills, and leadership in managing multiple projects with varying priorities.
- Act as an effective communicator, fostering excellent relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate with development teams, technicians, and other personnel to incorporate engineering concepts into practical designs and documents.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Technologies to be Used: Structural engineering software (e.g., ANSYS, NX), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge: Structural analysis, project management.

Skills: Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), 3D modeling, and CAD software.
