Job Summary :-

Lead the expansion of the Skill Development Academy focused at K 12 Schools through franchising and strategic partnerships. Identify and develop current business opportunities to drive growth and revenue .Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process
- Provide training and support to franchisees
- Monitor and report on franchise performance and compliance
- dentify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Skill development, ​​​​​​K12 School franchising, expansion, or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships




- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
- Experience in the education or training industry preferred
- Knowledge of franchising regulations and laws

Nice to Have:
- Experience with franchise management software and tools
- Familiarity with skill development programs and curriculum design
- Experience in a similar industry or sector
