Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for execution of retail store projects across South India. You would be responsible to handle complete store setup from 300sqft to 800sqft. Should be good with reading the AutoCAD drawings, managing site workers, vendors, preparing BOQ's, conducting inspections, measurements, and assessments of retail outlets to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

This role requires a robust understanding of construction and retail shop in shop layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Outlet setup:

Conduct on-site inspections of retail outlets to assess structural integrity, layout, and compliance with design plans.

Handle carpenters, glass vendors, aluminum workers, masons, electrical contractors and MEP consultants

Manage and arrange workers as required

Identify and document any deviations from approved designs, construction standards, or safety regulations.

Verify the quality of construction materials and workmanship.





Measurement and Documentation:

Accurately measure and record dimensions, areas, and other relevant data at retail outlets.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation of site inspections, including photographs and measurements.

Maintain accurate records of all site activities.

Communication and Reporting:

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to communicate inspection findings and suggest corrective actions.

Prepare regular progress reports and updates on site activities.

Assist in the resolution of any construction-related issues or discrepancies.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during site visits.

Provide recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
