About the Role

As an Associate Technical Consultant at Plat4mation, you will join a supportive and energetic team, working on real-world

projects for large national and international organizations across the financial, energy, telecom, manufacturing, and high

tech industries. You will be guided, coached, and developed every step of the way.

What You Will Do

You will work on project-based engagements under the guidance of experienced consultants, with a focus on learning

and contributing to customer value. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for our customers

• Assisting in the design and development of platform applications that automate business processes

• Building solutions by following Plat4mation's best practices and quality standards





• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements

• Participating in structured training programs, certifications, and on-the-job coaching to build your expertise

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communications

• Minimum 65% aggregate score or equivalent CGPA throughout your academic career, with no standing arrears

• Graduating batch: 2025 or 2026

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language — JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Perl

• Awareness of web services (REST, SOAP) and data formats (XML, JSON) is an advantage

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts

• Awareness of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies

• Any exposure to ServiceNow is a plus, but not required
