Role Highlights:
- Work on and lead aspects of complex financing transactions, including structured finance, acquisition finance, ECA-backed and receivables-backed financings, securitisation, private credit structures, restructuring, fintech debentures, and bond issuances.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated financing documentation and debt securities offerings.
- Manage transaction execution, including legal due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and deal closures.
- Provide strategic regulatory, legal, and market inputs as part of client advisory.
- Mentor junior team members and support the seamless execution of high-profile mandates.

Ideal Candidate:
- Associate (2+ years PQE): Strong experience in structured private credit, structured finance, fintech debentures, securitisation, restructuring, and other financial transactions.
- Senior Associate (4–6 years PQE): Proven experience in banking & finance and/or debt capital markets,



with strong transaction management and client advisory skills.
- Principal Associate (7+ years PQE): Ability to independently lead and close complex financing transactions, provide strategic client advice, and supervise deal teams.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment, with the ability to work autonomously under tight timelines.
