Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Audience & Segmentation Specialist to support our global marketing organization by developing, managing, and optimizing customer audiences for activation across digital marketing channels. This role will focus on leveraging our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related technologies to build scalable audience frameworks that enable personalized customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines robust analytical and technical skills with an understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and data-driven targeting. Working within a centralized shared services team, this individual will collaborate closely with marketing, marketing automation, digital merchandising, and demand generation teams to ensure audiences are accurately defined, automated, and activated across multiple channels.





This is a hands-on role responsible for translating business requirements into actionable audience segments that improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize customer audiences and segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and related technologies.
- Translate business objectives, campaign requirements, and customer engagement strategies into scalable audience definitions.
- Create and manage reusable audience frameworks, taxonomies, and segmentation standards to support consistent targeting across marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience precision, personalization, and reach through enhanced segmentation logic and customer insights.
- Support customer lifecycle, behavioral, demographic, firmographic, and intent-based audience development.

Audience Activation & Automation
- Build and automate audience workflows that support activation across multiple marketing channels, including marketing automation
