Key Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer support through Walk-up Desk, Phone & Email
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Mac & Microsoft Office issues
Install, configure and deploy laptops & desktops with standard images
Manage IT assets, software installations and hardware lifecycle activities
Support Mobile Devices, Active Directory and password management
Configure and troubleshoot Audio/Video conferencing systems
Assist with LAN, WAN, Telephony and local infrastructure support
Document incidents, resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles




Ensure SLA compliance and follow IT service management processes
Collaborate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business users

Required Skills

B.Tech / BE / Engineering Graduate
1–3 years of Technical Support/Desktop Support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows & Mac Operating Systems
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Active Directory administration
Networking fundamentals
Mobile Device Support
Audio/Video Conferencing & Telephony Support
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Certification
Microsoft MCITP Certification
