- Site - Responsible for the Facade site execution works and Facade Quality
- Currently working with a façade contracting company.
- To compile & Maintain data required to certify RA bills.(Material DC,MIR, MTC)
- Identification and notification of non-BOQ items.
- Check the bills raised by the contractor. Includes onsite verification of measurements.
- Maintaining all billing records
- Maintaining all important documentation as per the standards.
- Timely completion of the Project.
- Keep a check on the damage to the material & assets at the site.
- To keep a check on rework.
- Arranging the access required and implementing the methodologies described and agreed for the execution of the works.
- Preparation of daily activity reports and achievement reports.
- Ensure the quality procedures are implemented on-site at all times and all costs.
- Ensure that quality procedures are consistently implemented on-site at all times and under all circumstances.
- Prepare and submit MIR/WIR to the Main Contractor.




- Attend inspection with the Main Contractor and Architect/Consultant.
- Verify and clarify all site instructions given by the Main Contractor/ Architect/ Consultant.
- Preparation and issuance of the internal snagging list to the Project Manager.

Soft Skills:
- Positive Analytical skills
- Knowledge of all façade elements.
- Coordination with the main contractor’s site engineers and other trades.
- Monitoring the daily site progress.
- Monitoring the quality of work.
- Delegating and explaining the activities to Forman and charge in hands working under them.
- Able to read & interpret technical data & drawings.
- Arranging for and attending the inspection of works.
- Coordination with survey, materials & access teams.

Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engg/Civil Engg) with Min. 5-7 years of relevant experience in façade.
- Knowledge of working on AutoCad, MS Office
