Job Purpose: Responsible for Farm Extension Services, sustain and expand Area under Organic Contract Farming, Procurement of Agricultural Commodities.

Qualification
- Graduate Mandatory - B.Sc. (Ag) from a reputed institute
- Postgraduate Desirable- M.Sc. (Agri) or (MBA is desirable)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years work experience in Managing Teams that are into Agriculture Production, Contract Farming, Procurement.

Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team Contract Farming, engagement programs with Growers / Farmer to Promote Practices in Organic Agriculture
- Responsible for Sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per Plan and parameters (quality and pricing)
- Responsible for Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets




- Work with team to develop and ensure execution of State-wise Business Plan to meet KRAs viz., targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, Documentation compliance
- Review Teams Performance on Key Indicators and take steps to meet the Organizations Goals & Objectives
