Description
A SAP WM Senior Consultant reviews current WM (warehouse management) processes, system configuration and use design, configure, test and document improvements to current processes and use of RF (radio frequency). Senior Consultant works with technical team on design, configuration, integration and imaging RF devices; works on-site with warehouse personnel to validate warehouse layouts; configures and test warehouses in SAP WM using RF; deploys and supports end users on-site and coordinates activities with on-site resources making physical changes to warehouse layout and procedures.

Responsibilities

· Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly

· Protect the Intellectual Property

· Adhere to all the policies and procedures

· Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the WM modules of ECC 6

· Positive skills in configuring Material Master, Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for quotation, Purchase Order (PO), Agreements, Info records, Release Procedures, Pricing,



Automatic Account determination, Inventory Management, Reservation, Transfer Posting, Stock Transfer and Physical Inventory process, valuation and batch management, split valuation etc.

· Good knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, sub-contracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment etc.

· Good skills in configuring warehouse management structures like, storage types, storage bins and quants

· Should have good experience in configuring extending material masters to warehouse management functions , batch management in warehouse, shelf life functionality, Warehouse movements, transfer requirements , transfer orders, goods receipts with inbound delivery, goods issues with outbound deliveries, picking and packing and handling unit, stock replenishment, fixed bin replenishment, picking strategies- FIF
