Job Summary:​

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and

technology solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and

development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions

aligned with business goals.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

ï· Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including

business users, product owners, and project managers.

ï· Translate business needs into detailed software specifications such as user

stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

ï· Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of

requirements, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.

ï· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and

daily stand-ups.

ï· Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies or improvement areas in current

processes and systems.





ï· Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the technical and business viability of

proposed solutions.

ï· Prioritize requirements in alignment with strategic business objectives.

ï· Support QA and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

ï· Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including

the Project Proposal, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional

Requirement Specifications (FRS).
