Key Responsibilities

As a Buyer Experience Architect,



you will:
- Own the Buyer Journey: Manage the buyer’s entire experience — from first contact to deal closure.
- Build Relationships That Matter: Understand customer needs, offer property insights (e.g., ROI, legal clarity), conduct in-person visits, and ensure a delightful buying process.
- Drive Property Sales: Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for curated properties — listing optimization, negotiations, documentation, and closure.
- Collaborate with Growth Team: Help grow Truva’s buyer community via open houses, digital campaigns, and creative lead-generation experiments.
- Improve Product & Experience: Partner with the product team to translate buyer feedback into features — digital walkthroughs, comparison tools, etc.

What Makes You a Great Fit :
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role — Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Hospitality, or even HR.
