Job Overview:

We are searching for a highly-creative and innovative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our energetic marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving our influencer marketing strategy by identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. You'll be working closely with our marketing and PR teams to integrate influencer marketing strategies into the overall brand narrative, marketing objectives, and campaign deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers ensuring the collaboration aligns with the company's marketing objectives and budget.




- Coordinate with influencers to develop creative content and ensure its alignment with the brand’s image and goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the content, creative, and sales teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing plans.
- Measure and report on the performance of all influencer marketing campaigns, and assess their ROI and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and influencers within the industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an influencer marketing role, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and innovative
