Job Description

This position requires leading track designs by example around the world in both Bentley and Autodesk packages and will need a combination of hands-on track design, design checking, mentoring, and training other team members.



Candidates with less number of years’ experience may apply for consideration of junior roles. Primary KPI is to increase repeat work from the relevant regions through sustained high-quality deliverables.
- Lead in the production of track designs and provision of technical support throughout to support all stages of the design process (Feasibility through to Construction) in both Plain Line and S&C;
- Independently deliver / manage the production of design deliverables in accordance with client requirements.
- Acts as a Senior technical resource and serve as technical advisor and/or mentor for lesser experienced team members.
- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.
