- Gather feedback from the market and analyze consumer behavior to define our company's positioning

- Create guidelines that define the brand voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Develop marketing and communication strategy
- Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the target markets across mediums of ATL (including Digital) & BTL. Acts as the brand guardian for a portfolio of products and maintains brand integrity through effective initiatives and communications.
- Leads the development of the brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
- Responsible for initial planning phase to establish a tone and style for content, to develop a consistent and engaging communication strategy across channels
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
- To drive, monitor and execute the Digital KPI's while working closely with the Digital Marketing team
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses vis a vis competitor
- Design promotional campaigns for current products and markets
