Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-premises infrastructure solutions.
- Configure and maintain network hardware and software components.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement security measures and data protection policies.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Execute system updates, patches, and upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs.
- Document system configurations and architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Train and support users on system operations and policies.
- Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity.
- Perform regular audits of systems and security measures.
- Maintain technical documentation for all infrastructure processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network architecture and systems integration.
