The PPC Assistant Manager will support the planning, scheduling, and control of production processes within the sheet metal manufacturing sector. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal production flow, efficiency, and adherence to delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and resource availability.
- Material Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and work towards enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
- Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, quality control, and sales teams to ensure alignment on production goals and customer requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and other relevant data to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff within the PPC team,



fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards in all production activities.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the sheet metal industry.
