Description
1. Operations � Assist the AF Head in the sourcing and procurement of the alternate fuel material for the plant
� Handle the external stakeholder queries on sustainability related issues and escalate them to the AF Lead
� Develop site workforce to meet desired requirements, continuously improve operations and promote personal development; communicate the progress to the Head
� Assist the Lead in making negotiations and in the evaluation of contracts and warranties with vendors, in conjunction with other departments
� Understand and prepare for recent emission norms; gain all the necessary knowledge from the Lead
� Conduct market research on the alternative fuels in use by the competitor firms and communicate the same to the Lead
� Evaluate alternative fuel cost as per the industry and deliver the information to the Lead for assessment of the applicability of the use of the alternative fuel for DCBL.




� Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization
� Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes
� Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization
2. Self/ Team Development � Review and monitor performance of team members� and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
� Recommend training as required for team�s development
� Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need
� Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
