We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India, to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.




- Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Build a solid talent pipeline using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
- Actively identify and engage with high-quality candidates, ensuring the right fit for both the role and the company culture.
- Process Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain and monitor the progress of each recruitment drive, ensuring that resumes flow through the pipeline efficiently and candidates are updated promptly.
- Create dashboards and progress reports to provide internal teams with visibility into the hiring pipeline.
- Relationship Building:
- Build long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pool for future needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for IP Author, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
