About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Network Operations Engineer focused on day-to-day production support of our managed IPTV and data center network environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, rapid incident response, and operational stability, working closely with senior engineers for escalation and continuous improvement. Unlike traditional engineering roles,



this position is primarily operations-focused, with limited design responsibility and a solid emphasis on incident resolution, monitoring, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management (Primary Focus)
- Monitor network health, performance, and alerts across production environments
- Respond to and resolve L1/L2 network incidents, including circuit issues, routing problems, and operator connectivity
- Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and escalation for complex issues
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and support maintenance windows
- Coordinate with NOC, Service Engineering, and external operators during outages

Operational Execution
- Execute standard network changes (provisioning, ACLs, routing updates)
- Support circuit turn-ups, VPN provisioning, and operator onboarding
- Validate network changes and ensure proper post-change verification
