Job Description
Experience and skills 1. The incumbent should have min 3 to 5 years of experience in network security framework. 2. Should be willing to work in 24x7 shifts. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint. 6. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization Technical 7.
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills. 8. Hands-on knowledge on Firewalls Checkpoint and Cisco ASA. 9. Hands-on knowledge on Bluecoat Proxy device. 10. Good knowledge on configuring IPSEC VPN (1.) To keep self abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices (2.) To prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Process(es), lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a recent process are responded to.
