The opportunity

Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods An Experienced Qualified (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.



May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

How you’ll make an impact
- Coordination of Quality management systems (QMS) of the entire Bushing factory. Preparing the SOP’s, Departmental manuals, Quality Plan, Data Sheets, Work Instructions, Management procedures, MRM, Documentation etc.
- Planning and executing factory different audit plans in coordination with Auditors and team.
- Coordination of the internal and external system ISO audits, customer audits, Global Quality audit, Third party /supplier audit, Critical Process review Audits and accreditation audits eg. NABL for testing.
- Coordinate with cross functional team for closer of different audit points in timely manner and sharing the results and to ensure internal auditors’ certifications
- Follow up for management review meetings in timely manner with collecting details from different functional manage
