SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Recruitment Coordinator (RC) is responsible for completing tasks within a centralized, high-volume, queue-based support inbox that serves eligible recruiters across the organization.

This role is designed to deliver timely, high-quality administrative support. Recruiting Coordinators operate within a shared services inbox model, supporting a broad network of recruiters based on inbound demand.

This role is execution-focused and process-driven, requiring solid operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting Coordinators collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless workflow continuity, efficient turnaround times, and high-quality output across recruiting operations.





Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and triage a high-volume shared inbox, supporting multiple recruiters across the organization while prioritizing requests based on urgency.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment, processing, and completion of incoming requests in alignment with service expectations.
• Perform high-volume, process-driven administrative tasks, including data entry, clinician profile updates, document management, license and certification support, and ticket submission and tracking.
• Ensure all work meets established quality standards for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.
• Review requests for completeness, identify discrepancies, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Utilize internal systems (e.g., Nova) and tools to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
