Should have minimum 1 year of experience in backend development
2. Preferred language would be python
3. Should have experience in Mongo DB or other non-relational databases
4. Flask framework experience is must
5. Should have experience in REST APIs
6. Should possess good problem solving capabilities
7. Should have good knowledge in Data structures and Algorithms
