We are looking for a results-driven Training and Development Specialist who will create and manage training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees
You will also be responsible for selecting and training instructors to conduct specific programs. As the Training and Development Specialist, you will be working directly under the Training and Development Manager to ensure that all our training and development programs meet our staffs specific needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize training content based on company-specific needs and industry trends.
- Provide expert guidance on completing technical projects and take-home assignments, with a focus on technologies in demand.
- Prepare and recommend targeted preparation materials, ensuring alignment with the types of questions and scenarios commonly encountered in interviews.
- Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends to continually enhance the training program's effectiveness.
- Need to train the users according to the company requirements to get them placed.
Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in training and content development, with a robust understanding of specific industry requirements.
- Strong passion towards teaching and willingness to have long term career path in mentoring
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills, capable of guiding students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Ability to analyze and utilize feedback and data to continuously improve training materials and strategies.
- Should have an exploratory mindset and street-smart thinking.
Additional Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous work experience in the software industry.
- Proficient English speaking skills.
