What You'll Do

Salem Academy seeks an excellent special education paraprofessional who is committed to raising student achievement through the integration of rigorous college preparatory classes with service to the community.

The next Special Education Paraprofessional at SACS will be responsible for the following in addition to other duties as assigned by their manager.

Working with and for Students:

Supporting students in the classroom depending on their IEPs and instructional needs

Implementing consistent academic and behavioral procedures to ensure a structured, respectful, and achievement-oriented workplace across classrooms

Monitoring and analyzing student progress through standards-based assessments

Supporting, planning, and/or co-leadi
