Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a
strategic advisor to the business, driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and
employee engagement across our Gurugram operations. The ideal candidate will possess
hands-on experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, and performance
frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

1)Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management




• Partner with functional heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements
and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee engagement, performance, and organizational
culture.
• Support workforce planning, succession management, and talent retention initiatives.
2) Performance & Talent Management
• Drive the Performance Management Process (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year, and
annual reviews.
• Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in collaboration with managers.
• Facilitate one-on-one discussions to ensure clarity and transparency in performance
feedback.
3) Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations and grievance management matters.
• Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse checks to assess employee sentiment.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale and
productivity.
