Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant specializing in Time and Labor (OTL). As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, working directly with clients to design, configure, and support the Time and Labor module and related functionalities. You will be expected to manage implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities




- Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations focusing on Time and Labor (OTL).
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
- Utilize OTL and Rapid Formula to customize applications to meet client-specific business needs.
- Conduct client workshops, solution design, and configuration sessions.
- Provide ongoing project support and end-user training post-implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance on delivered solutions.
- Participate in project planning, execution, documentation, and status reporting.
- Migrate setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.
- Manage customer-facing communications and client expectations effectively.
