Responsibilities:
- Understanding Legal aspects related to lending to SMEs / MMEs / Large Corporates / Project Finance
- Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms & all other relevant legal matters Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
- Legal Aspects of Loan & Investment Products SEBI / FEMA / Capital Market & Structured Products Investment related documentation and litigation experience
- A system & process oriented approach Should set excellent standards for himself & the team
- Good team player Should be open to current ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization Computer literate in MS Office Proficient in both spoken and written English.
