? Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries within India. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

? Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.

? Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in domestic recruitment, preferably within the IT or consulting sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ,Naukri ,Monster and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
