Key Responsibilities
- Manage design delivery of CAD modeling & product design projects
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Coordinate with customers for requirements and updates
- Ensure project planning, quality, and on-time delivery
- Implement ISO processes and standards

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–10 years’ experience in CAD modeling, reverse engineering, product design
- Strong communication & customer interaction skills
- Proven people management and leadership ability
- Experience with ISO quality systems
