2) JOB ROLE: (COORDINATOR/ EXECUTIVE).
Job Description
In this position requires successful candidates to perform the following:
* Schedule and coordinate the maintenance of PLC, computer and electronic equipment to reduce
downtime, minimize costs, and contribute to increase production efficiencies.
* Maintain and back-up all software used in computer and PLC equipment in the plant while
assist as requested in maintenance of office hardware.
* Determine spare parts needed and requisition necessary parts to meet these needs.
* Continually adhere to and implement current procedures to protect integrity of the systems and
eliminate piracy
* Maintain safety and positive housekeeping standards.
* Promote effective communications from all departments to assist in reduced production
interruptions.
* Provide necessary maintenance training to hourly maintenance staff relative to computer, PLC,
and electronics systems.
* Provide operational training to hourly production staff as required to ensure proper use.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum two year technical degree in Computer Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in production process and electrical equipment, controls, circuits, and systems.
* Knowledge of electrical safety and the National Electric Code with experience in analyzing
wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
* PLC Programming skills, PLC programming diagnostic and trouble shooting skills is a MUST.
