Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.”Duties and Responsibilities
RBI Regulatory COE:
? Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspections
? Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues
? Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
? Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspections
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
? Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changes
? Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organizationRequired Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
? CA / CA Inter having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
? Having strong background of accounting & financial systems
? Robust understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
? Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
b) Work Experience
? 1 - 2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
