Job Description:
Resource Coordinator
A high profile position requiring the ability to interact with executives and staff at all levels, across many geographic locations.
Essential Functions:
- Execute the scheduling function within the Consulting business unit which includes maintenance of an up-to-date schedule, staff allocation,
and reporting.
- Enter open client needs into Retain, our staffing database.
- Enter individual’s scheduled time into Retain.
- Maximize the utilization of our people based on their skills and career development goals while meeting the needs of our clients and our business objectives.
- Report on and analyze resource productivity compared to scheduled time.
- Collaborate with Lead Resource Manager to provide continual analysis to ensure maximum utilization of employees.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and quality assurance process for standard weekly and monthly reports.
- Review the variance in forecasting and productivity with Operating Executive, Lead Resource Manager and Competency Center / Product Solution leaders as necessary.
- Headcount analysis/needs assessment.
- Review schedules to identify immediate capacity. Significant capacity to be elevated immediately to RM.
