Description
The Program Manager/Scrum Master will play a dual role in overseeing multiple projects and facilitating Scrum processes. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while fostering a cooperative and high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:
- Develop, manage, and execute program plans, including project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program milestones.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:




- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Scrum best practices and agile methodologies.
- Remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and experiment with new ideas.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to completion.
