As the Head of Design Façade, you will oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle of façade projects, from estimation through execution and handover. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with sales, estimation, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery, particularly for bespoke and complex façade solutions. Must have strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design planning and execution of façade projects.
- Conduct work planning, resource allocation, and team capacity analysis.
- Optimize materials (MTO) and generate accurate BOM, shop, and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality design deliverables aligned with project requirements.
- Lead and mentor the design team, fostering both organizational and individual growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales,



Manufacturing, Purchase) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, site teams).

Skills & Qualifications:
- BE/B .Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of façade design experience, primarily post-project award.
- Strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
