The Lead Engineer serves as the senior technical leader within a squad supporting Clinical Operations, translating business needs and user stories into high-quality, scalable, secure, and compliant software solutions. This role guides engineers through design, development, testing, deployment, validation, and continuous improvement while promoting robust engineering practices, technical mentorship, and delivery excellence. The Lead Engineer partners closely with Product Owners, Clinical Operations stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape technical direction, manage dependencies, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose in a modern product development environment and aligned to clinical workflows, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.
