We are looking for a highly experienced Lead - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the Real Estate industry to join our team at Adani. As the Lead - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP systems, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities of Role:
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems
- Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems and incorporate best practices into project designs
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEP systems
- Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/ design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc. With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion.
