Job Title: Executive– Performance Metrics & Analytics
Location: Manjari, Pune
Department: Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for operations, finance, sales, and supply chain teams.
- Automate data processes and report generation using advanced Excel functions, macros, and/or scripts.
- Prepare dashboards for tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory movement, vendor performance, and sales trends.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, supply chain, etc.) to gather data and ensure data accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with relevant data analysis.
- Perform variance analysis and highlight operational inefficiencies or cost leakages.
- Ensure data hygiene and manage master data across platforms (ERP, CRM, Excel sheets).




- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to support business strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in an MIS/Data Executive or Analyst role, preferably in a startup, FMCG, or retail setting.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large datasets and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus.
