We are looking for a full-time freelancer to help us administer and test our website. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in website administration and user testing. This role has the potential to evolve into more technical for the right person.
This is a work from home role in UK timing.
Responsibilities:
Administer our website, including adding new content, updating pages, formatting and sending newsletters etc.
Test the end-to-end user journey on our website, including ensuring that all pages are accessible and easy to use.
Work with our team to gather feedback and improve the user experience of our website.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in website administration.
Strong understanding of website terminology and concepts.
Experience with user testing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
