Job Description: Business Ethics and Compliance Manager (Mumbai) – Candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing compliance

Location: Mumbai, India

Role: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Oversight: Develop, implement, and manage the company’s ethics and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to local laws, industry standards, and internal policies.

2. Sales and Marketing Compliance:

• Ensure sales and marketing practices align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Review promotional materials, campaigns, and field activities to prevent potential compliance breaches.

• Monitor compliance with the Medical Representative Code of Conduct and ensure transparency in all customer interactions.

3. Training and Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions for sales and marketing teams to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.

4. Risk Management: Identify,



assess, and mitigate compliance risks in domestic business operations, with a specific focus on sales and marketing.

5. Policy Development: Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, marketing, and HCP (Healthcare Professional) interactions.

6. Monitoring and Auditing: Oversee internal audits and compliance assessments to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.

7. Incident Management: Investigate reported compliance breaches and take corrective actions as needed.

9. Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure integrated compliance management.
