Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can blend strategic thinking with cutting-edge design execution. This role requires a robust grasp of brand storytelling, digital-first design, and emerging AI tools to create impactful, scroll-stopping visuals across platforms.

A designer who is not just a creator, but a thinker—someone who understands the intersection of creativity, technology, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Strategy & Execution

Develop cohesive brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets that align seamlessly with client objectives and business goals.

Concept Development

Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions, transforming creative briefs into compelling, high-impact visual concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.

AI-Assisted Design

Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney for rapid mood boarding, asset generation, and image expansion—while ensuring human-led refinement to maintain brand consistency and integrity.





Multi-Channel Adaptation

Design and optimize content across diverse formats, including social media (static & reels), interactive web interfaces (UI), and high-quality print deliverables.

Collaboration

Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and marketing strategists to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns with a unified voice.

Quality Control

Own the final stages of design execution—ensuring print-ready files, optimized digital exports, and pixel-perfect precision across all outputs.

Required Skills:-

Core Design Tools

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Digital & Product Design

Strong working knowledge of Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.

Motion & 3D (Preferred)

Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects or Procreate Dreams; familiarity with 3D tools like Blender is a plus.
