Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ITOM,



CMDB & ITAM Architect to design and implement enterprise-level solutions that optimize IT operations, asset management, and configuration data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design:
- Define and implement architecture for CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Asset Management.
- Implementation & Integration:
- Configure and customize CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules on ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, and financial systems.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Establish CMDB governance, data quality standards, and reconciliation processes.
- Implement ITAM policies for license compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization.
