Summary: Senior Analytics and Automation Developer

Senior Analytics and Automation Developer will be responsible for developing, and deploying analytics, automation, and custom technical solutions that support data-driven decision-making and operational improvement across OIA and other portfolio companies of OIA’s parent company, LDI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, analytics, AI-powered automation, application development, systems integration, and data engineering,



along with robust analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to scope high-impact initiatives, build practical tools and dashboards, automate workflows, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Reports to: Data Science Specialist, OIA Global Shared Services Center

Location: Pune, India

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into KPIs, operational performance, and business outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and integrations that consolidate data from multiple systems and support reporting, analytics, and automation use cases.
- Develop custom internal tools, scripts, and lightweight applications using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, SQL where appropriate.
