Reporting to the Sales Head the job role requires selling transformer management services.

your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.

Selling Engineering Products or Services to Engineering Industries /OEMs in FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma / Oil&Gas; /Automobile etc. sectors. (as we have clients across all sectors.)

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 20-25 days per month. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.




- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Period

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Sales Experience of 1- 3 years
- Experience in the B2B segment would be an advantage
- Should have worked in an Industrial service-providing company, preferably in the field of Transformer or Capital equipment or any engineering product services sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.

Compensation:
- 25-30 K per month plus TA DA and lucrative Incentives

- Target customers -Cement, steel, metal, automobile. Oil & gas, power generation, transmission, distribution(Heavy engineering)
- Dealing With the electrical department, Utilities Department, maintenance services
